Common FAQs

What are the building hours?

Monday – Friday, 7am-6pm; Saturday, 7am-2pm; Sundays CLOSED. See the “Building Information” video for more details.

HVAC is not provided after business hours, but the tenant can request after-hours HVAC for an additional fee. Use the ‘Maintenance Request” subject on the Customer Center to place this request. Please see the “Building Information” video for more details.
We prefer that tenants move in and out of the property in non-peak times of 9:30-11:30am and 2-4pm on weekday, and anytime on weekends. See the “Building Information” video for more details.

If you chose to use janitorial services during your lease signing, the janitorial service should be vacuuming and emptying trash in your suite 5 nights a week. If you need to speak with the property manager or Leasing Agent regarding the janitorial service, please place a request using the Customer Center. For more information, please see the “Building Information” video.

You can access the Payment Portal from the Workstyle Spaces website’s Customer Center and click “Payment Portal”. See the “Using the Payment Portal” video for more details.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen. If you know your password and want to change it, go to the User Profile screen within the Portal. Refer to the Password section of the Customer Portal Guide for details.

We recommend all tenants use the Payment Portal to easily set up their account information, pay rent, and view billing statements. See the “Using the Payment Portal“ for more details.

Once logged in to the Payment Portal, click on the “My Accounts” tab which will show ledger and any current and past due charges.

Once logged in to the Payment Portal, click on the “Lease Documents” tab to view and print billing statements. This section does not contain your signed lease agreement.

The Payment Portal can be accessed on Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.

Clear your cache and cookies using the appropriate steps indicated for your web browser. Once these are cleared, open a new browser window and try again.

You can access the Payment Portal using the browser on your smart phone. Open your web browser, click Customer Center, then click “Payment Portal”.
Yes, Workstyle Spaces accepts credit card payments in most markets. See “Using the Payment Portal” video for more information.
