Workstyle Flexible Spaces, an entity of Boxer Property recently launched its newest Memphis location at 1840 Pyramid Place. The project brings 22,000 RSF of Workstyle co-working spaces to the 3rd floor of the property. The new build-out begins the transition from a single occupier building of the former Medtronic corporate campus into a multi-tenant collaborative workspace.
1840 Pyramid Place is located in a growing opportunity zone with access to a multitude of transportation networks including the city’s inner beltway I-240, I-40, I-55, and I-69. The premium features to the 3rd floor will bring Workstyle’s signature private offices as well as larger enterprise client spaces with access to vibrant break rooms, coffee bars, and modern conference facilities. The creative space gives easy access Memphis’ Nonconnah Business Park and a multitude of transportation networks, such as Memphis International Airport.
