Workstyle Flexible Spaces, an entity of Boxer Property, recently completed renovation at 8100 Washington Avenue bringing approximately 8,500 RSF of lounges, conference rooms, and private offices to the 1st floor of the Boxer managed property. The beautifully designed property features an outdoor patio and garden area with mature trees, pergolas, and a smoker for Texas style BBQ. Customers can opt for furnished or unfurnished offices, all of which include complimentary Wi-Fi as one of the many amenities provided to Workstyle customers.

8100 Washington Avenue is conveniently located in the densely developed inner loop area. The dynamic property gives easy access to I-10, CBD, and Galleria, minutes away from nearby shops and restaurants.
